Fresh from their Planet Wax takeover, ŌKAMI and mileZ further cement the bridge between the underground bass scenes of the UK and Japan, presenting a high energy lineup and cymatic sound to 4Quarters Peckham's basement. Tokyo-based vinyl junglist mileZ specialises in recreating the essence of 90s and early 2000s rave energy, having recently toured South Korea and China and supported the likes of Conducta, Sherelle, Mall Grab, and Yosuke Yukimatsu. Mixmag Asia's 'artist to watch' ŌKAMI is joined by the notorious MC P.A.B whose expansive and soulful voice can be heard levelling grime, dub and dnb basslines. Shanumi, a multi-hyphenate icon and co-founder of the revolutionary Amen Gyaldem crew graces the dancefloor with selections that celebrate Black femme legacy, innovation and joy. A rising star of Leeds and London, DJ and producer Mylania draws on the atmosphere of the 90s underground, building journey and tension through heavy reggae basslines and crunchy, high-BPM breakbeats. Boundary-pushing artists in their own right, just win 俊彥 and Mo3rphious will be gifting us with their unique and off-kilter signatures in their multi-genre b2b set: expect swift excursions between glitchy to ethereal to chopped + screwed moments.
