Scotland-born and based Thornback prefers to be the ghost in the machine, having already seen it from the inside out. A veteran of the music industry who traded the pen for the fader, her mind has been warped into a multi-genre blender; now just conduit for beautiful nonsense. While Thornback's sets are anchored in techno, there is no safety of a single genre lane, BPM limit, or decade: from Surgeon to Skull Vomit in one set, she builds a narrative that moves bodies into altered and sweating states.
