Originally from New Zealand and now residing in East London, Swampman picked up an affinity for soulful electronic beats from an early age – leading to an obsession with DJing, presenting, and writing about music. An avid contributor to liquid drum & bass – he draws on decades of record collecting and combines that with fresh and exclusive cuts, culminating in DJ sets that achieve an ideal balance of familiarity and intrigue. Since arriving in London in 2019, Swampman has presented a drum & bass show across Subtle Radio and Kool FM. He reviews music and interviews artists for UKF and DJ Mag, and he has played a myriad of London shows including the beloved North Quarter nights at Phonox. He loves it.
