Now based in Newcastle, PJ Statham is leading the revival of the garage scene and has become a staple name in the city. Since moving to the North-East, PJ has joined Profound Sound as their record label manager - allowing him to form his own imprint. PJ’s unique take on UKG has become instantly recognisable to DJs and crowds alike. This too has earned him several releases on notable labels - Locked On Records, ec2a, fourbyfour, Bubble UKG, Reptile Mobz and of course Profound Sound. Through this, his music has been consistently supported by figurehead DJ’s such as Sammy Virji, Interplanetary Criminal, Silva Bumpa, DJ EZ, Bullet Tooth, Conducta and many more. Garnering an impressive 1M+ streams on Spotify alone within the first 3 years of releasing under the ‘PJ Statham’ project - the 2025 trajectory is looking upward for PJ.
