Mayowadrum and bass artist
Mayowa is a an international multi-genre DJ and curator of ‘Blame It On The Sunshine,’ a Black femme owned club night reclaiming dance music. She is an adaptable soul, able to read the room to provide the right sound through blending complimentary sounds from Electronic R&B & Jersey Club to Ghetto Tech & Bouyon - for your favourite collectives and venues like Recess, PlayPiem, and The Tate Britain. Her goal is to have the crowd dancing, discovering and rediscovering new and familiar sounds that make them reach for Shazam.
