Bisect started behind the decks in 2013 under a different Alias, cutting teeth on house, tech house and dubstep for Concrete Music and Love Amplified. Drum and bass took over from there and never let go. No interest in staying in one lane. Jungle breaks, techstep's grind, footwork's shuffle, hardcore's noise, it's all in the box, and jumping between them is the point, not a gimmick. Between 2020 and 2024, Bisect co-hosted The Locker with Renfer and Ackroyd, a radio show built on the same refusal to sit still. These days, time goes into Grooves, a turntable-only DnB night stripping things back to small rooms and the actual skill of DJing. Vinyl or Traktor, doesn't matter, as long as you can play. It's built for DJs who haven't had a shot yet, giving them a room and a crowd to prove it in. On the decks, expect no filler, no comfort zone, just the full range of what drum and bass can do.
